Joe Perez
Mr. Perez has 35 years of experience in the energy industry, 17 of those years previously with TXU Energy. He directly manages energy procurement (electricity and natural gas) for large commercial and industrial consumers at Forward Energy Group, LLC. Mr. Perez has extensive experience and knowledge about virtually every aspect of the construction and maintenance of distribution power lines, the marketing of energy conservation programs, process design, electrical operations, and the engineering of distribution facilities for commercial, industrial, and residential accounts. As a founding member of the TXU sales team assembled for the opening of de-regulation in Texas, Mr. Perez successfully managed numerous national restaurant, healthcare industry, and industrial accounts. 
Kirk King
Mr. King is a registered professional engineer and has 40 years of experience in the energy industry, including 25 years in management. He directly manages energy procurement (electricity and natural gas) for large commercial and industrial consumers at Forward Energy Group, LLC. Mr. King has extensive experience in utility re-engineering, process design, operations management, public policy, regulatory relations, and customer service. He has held a number of management positions, including Manager of Business Development, District Manager, and Pilot Project Manager for TXU’s transition to an open market in Texas. This role interfaced with all TXU Energy Business Teams, Information Technology, ERCOT Advocates, PUC Participants, and Regulatory Affairs. 
Noemi (Emi) Perez
Ms. Perez has 20 years of business experience in the cable and telecommunications industry. She is responsible for the financial management and accounting operations at Forward Energy Group, LLC. Ms. Perez is a certified, Secondary Education teacher in the state of Texas, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics. She taught algebra, geometry, and pre-calculus to secondary students in Harlingen, Texas for five years. Previously, she also held a supervisor position in the Business Operations Division of Time Warner Communications in Austin, Texas, for nine years. 
Donna Calvert
Ms. Calvert has over 27 years experience in the electric utility industry, serving in various capacities within the Customer Service and Distribution organizations. She manages the day-to-day business and procedural operations at Forward Energy Group, LLC. Ms. Calvert has over 10 years of experience exclusive to the distribution systems and was instrumental in the development and functionality of the computer graphics interface between accounting and field personnel at TXU Energy. She also developed and implemented an on-site training program for support personnel.
